You extend the grammar knowledge of Français 1 with more complex grammatical themes : le passif, la question, le discours indirect, la condition et l’hypothèse, la négation, expression de cause-conséquence, but etc

You broaden vocational-related vocabulary, thematically :  Achat et vente, la logistique, le marketing, l’immobilier, la comptabilité, le téléphone etc

You apply professional vocabulary in basic written exercises : le courriel, le téléphone.

First examination opportunity (June):

Midterm evaluation (30%).
Midterm evaluations will be announced in advance during class and on Canvas.
Your attendance is required to take evaluation activities, on campus. 
If you do not participate in any evaluation activity, you will receive a zero for that evaluation activity.
A student who does not participate in an evaluation part may legitimize the absence by 1. notifying the instructor, before the start of the test, 2. providing the instructor with the documents legitimizing the absence - according to the guidelines of the Education and Examination Regulations (EER).  To receive a catch-up time, both conditions - notify before the test + bring in document - must be fulfilled.  A dixit certificate will not be accepted.

Written exam (70%)
The closed book exam checks knowledge, understanding and application of the material.
