  • Understand and implement basic programming concepts in Python (variables, loops, arrays, web scraping).
  • Connect and interact with databases using Python.
  • Develop a project that integrates database management and scripting skills.
  • Defend the project orally, demonstrating understanding and application of the concepts learned.

Databases:

  • Introduction to SQL
  • SELECT statements
  • CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
  • Database relationships (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many)
  • Database normalization and indexing

Scripting:

  • Introduction to Python programming
  • Variables and data types
  • Control structures (for loops, if statements)
  • Data structures (lists, arrays)
  • Web scraping basics
  • Connecting and interacting with databases using Python
