This OPO contributes to the following professional tasks:

You research sources that are indicated. In doing so, you respect the legislation on privacy.
You make an active meaningful contribution to setting up a dashboard and/or drawing up a research report (in Word). You contribute to the presentation of the results to the client by means of a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the method used and the main findings. You indicate which sources have been used for which data and you respect the GDPR.
You have basic ICT knowledge that enables you to familiarize yourself with the company's own software and databases in a relatively short period of time. You have the discipline to keep track of the administrative tasks that are expected of you as quickly as possible and correctly.
You show interest in the products/services and the customer journey. You process information that you receive about this. If something is not clear, ask questions.
You show interest in the objectives and the target audience and ask questions to understand the assignment well.
You accept feedback in a constructive way and address your points of improvement.
You will work with the information provided to improve your professional knowledge.
You take your own responsibility within your team, and also point out the other team members' responsibilities. You actively contribute to a good working and team atmosphere.
You make every effort to promote long-term relationships with other students.

You compare various CRM packages, by taking various online courses provided by the teacher.
You enter customer data in the Sandbox environment of a CRM package. You are aware of what kind of customer information you may keep and use, taking into account the GDPR legislation.
You draw up a CRM strategy and develop it into a CRM package, and you develop the associated communications.
You make an active and qualitative contribution to group work and actively work with the feedback received in the meantime to improve the end result.
