Learning objectives:

The student expresses himself correctly and smoothly.

-The student acquires the morphology and the grammar of the language, partially on an individual basis. He applies the vocabulary and grammar rules in exercises and conversations.

-He understands information about familiar topics.

-He actively participates in conversations on familiar topics.

 

He utilizes jargon

-The student understands work-related instructions and technical jargon in standard spoken language.
-He understands the information transmitted in standard business communications (telephone, mail, memos, etc.).
-He provides simple information with stakeholders in face-to-face situations or by telephone.
-He gives a short presentation about a general tourism related subject, region, product, etc.
- He has a conversation in certain business situations.

 

He is reliable  and works methodically. He is independent and result-oriented.

-He executes tasks accurately.
-He delivers high-quality work.

He is open to feedback. He reflects and adapts his actions on this basis.

-He listens actively, seeking feedback and try to learn from it: he deals constructively with criticism and puts his personal feelings aside for the benefit of the qualitative standard of his work.
